In 2010 Rhodia Acetow has developed and launched three new and innovative products to provide filter solutions which enable our customers to always be one step ahead. All these products provide a reliable performance as known for RHODIA® Filter Tow and can be used with existing filter makers:
RHODIA® COLOURED TOW offers endless possiblities in combining colours and different shapes of acetate filter rods and is therefore an unique opportunity for the market to customize cigarette filters. Exceptional, unique, distinctive – RHODIA® COLOURED TOW is now available in red, green, blue, brown, black, pink, purple and yellow.
Rhodia® FilterSorb provides our customers a new profile of filtration. Reducing efficiently many smoke constituents Rhodia® FilterSorb has a different filtration profile than Active Carbon, and a different taste signature, having an impeccable white appearance.
Rhodia® DE-Tow is photodegradable and degrades in the environment 5-10 times faster than standard filter tow. Rhodia® DE-Tow implies our vision for sustainable development by offering our customers an alternative solution towards a cleaner environment. The filtration performance, and filter tow quality is as high as for standard RHODIA® Filter Tow.
