What is your main role?

The objective of the project was double: to show the e-learning potential as a complementary & innovative training tool for Rhodia and to be able to define a strategy in that field.

Within that framework I participated in:
- Realizing a benchmark to identify the training fields used by the e-learning, the tools used in the modules’ design, the actors involved, the roll-out & communication plan established by companies similar to us.
- Defining our proper strategic axis in the fields before-mentioned.
- Developing several e-learning modules internally and/or externally.
- Launching these modules on a shared platform dedicated to training.
- Assessing the modules & the platform.

Why did you choose Rhodia?

For its international & innovative dimension. In the HR field for example, the e-learning project I am working on is a real challenge to take up because it disrupts traditional training methods.

What is the biggest challenge you've had to meet?

The worldwide launching of the project and more generally, the effort to bring about some change in the mentalities of the trainees while being anxious to convince our collaborators of the assets of this innovation.

My departure for the USA after my internship was also a big challenge. I encourage everybody to realise such a project... Living in the USA gives me the opportunity to discover a different frame of work from the French one, with its own rules & codes. This experience drives me to dare, assert myself and make progress, not only on a professional but also on a personal level.
