Compensation paid to managers includes a variable part related to three performance criteria:
The achievement of the Group’s annual targets
The achievement of the annual targets of the Enterprise or Function to which the manager belongs
The achievement of your individual targets in the light of your behavioral skills
Incentives such as stock options and performance shares are reserved for senior managers, potential high flyers and key employees, and are tied to the Group’s key objectives over the medium/long term.
