Partnership with Paristech (consortium of 12 French institutes of higher education)
For the fourth year in a row, Rhodia is continuing to support the mutual "Chinese engineers" recruitment scheme.
Thanks to Rhodia subsidies, high-potential Chinese students will be able to join one of the 12 ParisTech schools.
As well as funding their studies in France, Rhodia plays a formative role and offers these young students training courses during their second and third year of study.
One of them, Weibing W., has recently been hired by the Group as R&D Engineer for the technical plastics’ market. Read his interview
During the "Enterprises at the heart of ParisTech" evening, organised on April 28th 2011, the network of Paristech schools, its Foundation and graduates' association have presented 5 Awards to their partners entreprises in order to "promote the most significant contributions". The "Attracting tomorrow's talents" prize has been awarded to Rhodia.

Rhodia sponsored students from the 2010 graduating year for all three years of study.

- Tours of Rhodia sites in the Lyon area
- Conferences given by Rhodia managers on sustainable development, the role of the manager, innovation, etc.
Rhodia supports CPE Lyon (French engineering school) in its social scholarships’program
Within the framework of its responsible care involvement, and being convinced that financial matter mustn’t curb a high quality education, Rhodia has participated in this program on giving the means to Alexandre Vinck to go into CPE Lyon.
