Each year, more than 150 trainees are recruited as part of a work-study contract or apprenticeship, underpinning the Group's aim to promote this avenue.

This program is dedicated to young people who are currently studying in France. Key for youth employment, and a real asset for the company, apprenticeships are a modern solution for training and qualifying young people.

This is one area in which excellence promotes diversity and favors equal opportunities and job integration. This is a clearly-stated goal in our CSR policy, as the Group has signed up to the diversity charter. It is also a potential avenue for pre-recruitment.

Rhodia offers work-study programs within its various professional families, from school-leaver's certificate level to Master level, and on its headquarters as well as its nationwide sites.

On April, we launch our work-study campaign to recruit, until September, more than 150 apprentices in France.
