Lower temperatures, increased production

Thanks to a unique rheological behavior, TECHNYL® XT requires a processing temperature approximately 20°C lower than standard polyamide 6. This brings the benefit of reduced energy consumption and translates into shorter cooling cycles and higher production runs.

In addition to the traditional properties of Technyl® grades, such as excellent physical, mechanical and chemical resistance and good aging resistance, the product provides lower extrusion temperature, weight optimization, high processing stability, improved barrier properties and a lower conversion cost.

Consumer & Industrial Goods: fuel tanks, films, corrugated pipe, power tools, bag-in-can.
