In 2004 Rhodia launched an initiative to drive improvement toward our internal and external stakeholders. Deployed throughout the Group since 2007, the Rhodia Way approach guides both our strategic orientations and our management practices. We consider that responsibility supports our performance, and the Group is constantly working to integrate CSR criteria in daily decisions. Our ambition is to achieve an optimal level of responsible practices towards our stakeholders. For each one we have defined commitments, objectives and paths to progress. These have been defined on the basis of international reference frameworks, best practices and benchmarks, and the reality in the field.
