2008 report on the Rhodia Way, driving continuous improvement
The Rhodia Way framework of commitments constitutes the driving force behind the Group's continuous improvement. Based on a rigorous self-assessment of a wide range of Group practices in Rhodia's plants, R&D centers, business units and functions, it encourages team spirit, individual involvement and collective awareness especially toward sustainable development and corporate social responsability. Eighteen months after deployment, this report confirms the relevance of the Rhodia Way, a framework and system by its employees to be robust and effective.

Rhodia Way Awards : a unifying event
In 2008, the group created the Rhodia Way Awards, designed to reward team projects that correspond with one or more of the group's 21 responsibility commitments outlined in the Rhodia Way framework. In total, 210 outstanding projects involving about ten percent of Rhodia's employees throughout the world were submitted, demonstrating our teams' high level of involvement.
We needed a network of employees to roll out the Rhodia Way.
