Ethoxylated castor oil. Emulsifier for oil and waxes in water based formulations. Used as dispersant for pigments and iron powders. Dispersant for pigments and iron powders in magnetic coupling fluids. Paper dye-leveling agent. Softening and rewetting agent for wet strength paper. Stabilizer for PVAc emulsion paints. Biodegradable castor oil ethoxylate emulsifier, solubiliser for a wide range of formulations with an HLB of around 13.
